Ken Shuey
Ken Shuey has designed hundreds of individual custom modular homes over the past 25 years. He is an experienced Design Consultant, Builder, as well as Designer, and has been Vice President in charge of Design with one of the nation's premier modular home companies.
Ken has been featured in the New York Times, Architectural Digest, and on CNN as one of the leading designers of modular homes in America. He works closely with clients to understand exactly what they want in their homes, which is why one of his major talents involves transforming dreams and ideas into reality.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Arts Degrees, Ken considers his designs priceless works of art. Each modular home is formulated with sophistication and décor to please his client’s eyes and heart. Due to his professionalism, Ken’s renderings and floor plans are used by a large number of modular and systems-built home contractors and manufacturers throughout the country.

Bill Garnett
Bill Garnett began his design career over thirty years ago as an apprentice for a leading architectural design firm in New York City that specialized in historic restoration and replication. Since then, he applied his skills as a professional building designer in all areas of North America specializing in custom designed single-family residential and multi-family projects. For the past eight years, Bill has designed exclusively for the modular housing industry and is recognized nationally as a leading force in bringing modular home design "out of the box" in its design parameters and into the mainstream of flexible, thoughtful models that replicate and perpetuate our national building heritage from the 18th Century to the present.
Bill has professional affiliations with the American Institute of Building Designers (AIBD) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).
